What is the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org?
People are often confused about the differences between WordPress and WordPress.com. The key difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org is who’s actually hosting your website.
WordPress is the free, Open Source web publishing software project, is a charitable organization called: WordPress Foundation founded by Matt Mullenweg.
